Remove the sealing film: New pump heads often have a transparent film at the bottle opening; peel it off and discard it (some may require puncturing with a needle).
Tighten the pump head: Rotate the pump head clockwise until it reaches the bottom. A "click" sound indicates it is locked in place.
Press firmly 5-8 times: The first few times may not dispense any liquid (normal).
Continue pressing until a steady flow of liquid occurs.
Tip: Cover the pump head with your palm, press vertically down to the bottom, then release. Repeat until liquid flows out.
